During the Detroit Red Wings 2018/2019 season home opener on Oct. 4th Windsor Natives The Autumn Kings’ high energy track Devil In Disguise rocked Little Caesars Arena throughout the game. Afterwards, legendary Kid Rock, a fan of the Autumn Kings, hosted the band as they played inside his restaurant and music bar at the arena for the first time.
The band has been booked to perform several more shows inside Kid Rock’s Made in Detroit after Red Wings home games on the following select dates:
October 26, November 9, December 14, January 4, and February 1.
Devil In Disguise, one of the band’s latest releases, has been used as a goal song during Detroit Red Wings games last season and during this year’s pre-season! The Red Wings even told the band they would like to use the song as one of their goal songs for the 2018/2019 season. The song may even be named the Wings official goal song for the season but an official decision has not been announced yet.
Jake Diab from the band explained, “This year they (Detroit Red Wings) are looking to have one exclusive Goal Song for the season. Devil in Disguise is a top contender for this year’s exclusive Goal song, though the Red Wings have not yet come to a decision. Regardless, the team will be playing Devil in Disguise throughout the season in some capacity, be it after goals, or during other parts of the game.”
