Chimczuk Museum One Year Anniversary | Free Admission

People having fun exploring the Chimczuk Museum's diplays.

Museum Windsor invites the public to celebrate the Chimczuk Museum’s One Year Anniversary on Saturday, February 18, 2017.

The event features free admission and a day filled with fun activities for the whole family.

As part of the celebrations, 4 new exhibits will be on display:

Road to Freedom and the Civil War

The Windsor Spitfires in Jerseys

Student Art for Canada 150

Fakes and Forgeries – Yesterday and Today a travelling exhibit from the Royal Ontario Museum

In addition, children will enjoy fun crafts and party games, magic lessons with magicians Elizabeth and Miles, guided tours of the new exhibits, and birthday cookies for visitors (while supplies last).

Craig Pearson, From the Vault II, will also be on hand from 1-2pm for a short talk followed by a Q&A session and book signing with co-author Sharon Hanna.

Drumming circle hosted by Wasa-Nabin, a youth drumming group from Can-Am Indian Friendship Centre from 2-3pm.

Best of all, the Chimczuk Museum will be offering FREE ADMISSION all day!
