Boscariol was the founder of the Windsor International Film Festival. Founded in 2005, WIFF is the second biggest volunteer-run film festival in Canada and last year sold a record 22,000 tickets, screening 113 films from 20 countries — 25 percent of which were Francophone. The festival now screens films monthly as part of its popular WIFF365 series.
