Fan favourite professional and troupe dancers from Dancing With The Stars thrilled their audience when they returned with a brand-new winter tour to Caesars Windsor on Saturday night (Jan 5). Two all ages shows featured every type of dance style, ranging from ballroom and jazz to modern and hip-hop.
The tour showcased a spectacular night of show-stopping dance performances from world-renowned dancers who mostly have performed during the latest edition of Dancing With The Stars, Season 27. Emma Slater, who was paired with John Schneider of Dukes of Hazzard fame during the TV show, was among the familiar faces. While Emma placed 9th during the latest season she took first place in Season 24 when paired with NFL running back, Rashad Jennings.
Another fan favourite professional, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, was a surprise late addition announced for the tour. Valentin, paired with Nancy McKeon of TV sitcom The Facts of Life, placed 11th in the most recent season of the TV show. However in season 23, Valentin paired with US Olympic gymnast Laurie Hernandez, walked away with the first place Mirrorball Trophy.
Choreographed and creative directed by Emmy© Award-winning choreographer Mandy Moore and Dancing with the Stars Executive Producer Ashley Edens-Shaffer, the audience had the opportunity to experience the excitement, glamour and glitz the biggest TV dance show is known for right here in Windsor.
