In Photos: Sneak Peek of The Infamous Saving Banksy Exhibit at Wolfhead Distillery

The Saving Banksy Art Exhibit featuring the infamous Haight Street Rat featured in the critically acclaimed Saving Banksy Netflix documentary opens in Canada for the first time ever at Wolfhead Distillery on November 14 to 16, 2017.

Photographer Brent Groh went on assignment for us here at Eyes On Windsor to get a sneak peek of the exhibit during an exclusive media event on Monday, November 13, 2017.

The Haight Street Rat is an original graffiti painting by renowned British street artist Banksy. The controversial painting was recently featured in the hit documentary Saving Banksy. It is valued at almost $2 Million Dollars and is currently the most sought after paintings in the world.

The exhibit is free and open to the public from 10am to 5pm.

The exhibit will also feature works of local graffiti artists.

Events featuring local artists, art battles, celebrity DJ’s, silent auctions, opening night dinner, charity galas and more will take place in the evenings (and require paid admission).

Additionally, A Free Screening of the Canadian Premiere of Saving Banksy & Q&A Reception took place at The Olde Walkerville Theatre this past Sunday, Nov. 12

The Saving Banksy Canada Experience tour in Windsor Essex is presented by, WolfHead Distillery, Mix 96.7fm and Marcel Parent Sales Representative Remax Preferred Realty Ltd.
